Tips For The Best No-Churn Ice Cream
- Whipping the cream until stiff peaks form will help ensure that the ice cream stays light and airy when you fold in the sweetened condensed milk. If your whipping cream isn’t firm, or you overmix the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream your ice cream will be hard to scoop once frozen.
- Do not stir the cinnamon drizzle into the ice cream. Gently swirl it into the ice cream, distributing throughout.
- Freeze covered in the freezer for at least 5 hours before serving.
What To Serve With Cinnamon Ice Cream
Once the cinnamon ice cream is fully hardened, scoop it into a bowl or ice cream cone. Garnish with a cinnamon stick for fun. Serve with one of the following:
Whipped Cream: Mix 1 cup heavy whipping cream with ¼ cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Whisk with an electric mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Fresh Cinnamon Rolls: Pair this cinnamon ice cream with a Pumpkin Cinnamon Roll Muffin, Caramel Pecan Cinnamon Roll or a Giant Cinnamon Roll.
Cake: Serve alongside a Gluten-Free Pumpkin Cake, a Mexican Hot Chocolate Cupcake, a chocolate piece of cake or a Pumpkin Cake Bar.
Pie: This cinnamon ice cream recipe pairs perfectly with Apple Pie Bars, Blackberry Apple Crisp, pumpkin pie, pecan pie or a Granny Smith Apple Pie.
Fruit: Serve alongside fruit desserts or slices of watermelon covered in a pinch of salt.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve never done a full test of many types of ice cream makers. I’ve personally owned this Hamilton Beach Ice Cream Maker. It requires you use ice and rock salt and is very consistent. It makes great ice cream. We also own this Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker that does not require ice or rock salt. It’s a little more expensive but the process is slightly easier. However, if your canister isn’t fully frozen before you begin your ice cream won’t set.
Some people call this type of ice cream cinnamon roll ice cream. However, in order to really be cinnamon roll ice cream, you should stir in bits of cinnamon roll, in my opinion.
