2cupsheavy whipping cream
2cupswhole milk
1 ¼cupbrown sugardivided

No-Churn Instructions
In a large mixing bowl or stand mixer, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form that will stand on their own.
Once peaks form in the whipped cream, add the sweetened condensed milk, ½ cup of the brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of the ground cinnamon, a dash of salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Fold the mixture gently until smooth. Pour into a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
In a microwave-safe small bowl, melt the butter. Once melted, add ¼ cup of brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Whisk until combined. Drizzle over the ice cream mixture in the loaf pan. Use a knife or fork to swirl the cinnamon drizzle into the ice cream.
Chill for 5 hours or until the ice cream is hardened.
Ice Cream Maker Instructions
In a large bowl combine 2 cups heavy whipping cream, 2 cups whole milk, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, a dash of salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Pour ice cream mixture into an ice cream maker. Follow manufacturer instructions to churn ice cream. Pour into a freezer safe ice cream container.

Notes
Tips For The Best No-Churn Ice Cream
Whipping the cream until stiff peaks form will help ensure that the ice cream stays light and airy when you fold in the sweetened condensed milk. If your whipping cream isn't firm, or you overmix the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream your ice cream will be hard to scoop once frozen.
Do not stir the cinnamon drizzle into the ice cream. Gently swirl it into the ice cream, distributing throughout.
Freeze covered in the freezer for at least 5 hours before serving.
