Storing
To store no-bake cheesecake jars, cover them tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil and place them in the refrigerator. The cheesecake jars should be stored in a flat, even surface to prevent any toppings from sliding off. It is best to store cheesecake jars for no more than 2-3 days to ensure the ingredients remain fresh and the texture stays intact.
If you need to store them for a longer period of time, you can freeze them instead. To freeze, wrap the cheesecake jars tightly with plastic wrap or foil, and place them in an airtight container. The jars can be stored in the freezer for up to 1-2 months. While you can freeze a cheesecake parfait, but it may have a slightly different texture when thawed. Thawing may cause the whipped cream to deflate or become grainy, and the cookie or cracker layer may become soft. I recommend freezing without the whipping cream topping or cookie topping.
When ready to serve, thaw the jars in the refrigerator overnight and add any toppings or garnishes just before serving.
