Our pal, Kay, is back at it with her tutorials! Last time she showed us how (not to) sew a face mask. This time she’s cutting her son’s hair in what turns out to be the funniest DIY haircut tutorial video.
I really love her “triangles” tip as well as the tip from her sister-in-law, which will end up serving her well!
Kay starts off by suggesting you have a photo as your inspiration. Look at that nice inspiration. I love the skeptical look on her son’s face. He’s definitely not convinced.
Make sure you pay attention to the subtle jokes. You may need to watch twice in case you miss them.
Much like in her sewing video, she does a *mostly good job of showing you how to cut hair. Though I’m not sure where she got her training.
Kay’s son should win an award for this one. I’m not sure I know a lot of kids who would volunteer their hair for this hilarious video tutorial! And his expressions are priceless.
Some of her techniques are, um, unconventional! Just wait until you see the final result. It’s not exactly like her inspiration photo.
But, in the end, I think she did a pretty good job and her sister-in-law’s advice might be handy after all!
