Another suggestion — stitch a bunch of scraps together to “make” fabric you can use for any sewing project. Makes a fun lanyard, for example (2-1/2″ width, 44″ long, makes lanyard for 1/2″ D-clip on the end). I made one, and I love it! It goes with everything — and nothing!
