Learn how to make a no-bake Nutella cheesecake. Layer it with an Oreo cookie crust and whipped cream to make a Nutella cheesecake jar. (Gluten Free Option)
Blitz the Oreos in a food processor until crumbs (or add them to a ziplock bag and bash them up with a rolling pin).
Add the melted butter and blitz again until combined.
Add two heaped tablespoons of Oreo crumbs to each jar. Pack down so that the crumbs are in an even layer. Set aside.
Put the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract into a large mixing bowl. Beat briefly until the cream cheese and powdered sugar are combined. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add the heavy cream and whisk until stiff peaks. Don’t wash the bowl or whisk as you will need it again!
Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese mixture and fold together gently using a spatula.
Add the ¾ cup of Nutella to the cheesecake filling and fold together gently to combine.
Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag. Snip the end off with scissors then pipe the cheesecake mixture into the jars.
Add the cup of heavy cream to the mixing bowl and whisk until soft peaks. Don’t over whisk. Transfer the softly whipped cream to a piping bag fitted with a star tip. Pipe a cream swirl on top of each cheesecake jar.
Sprinkle over the finely chopped chocolate.

Once you know the base recipe it’s easy to switch up the flavors. It’s a good job they are an individual serving because you won’t want to share!• Since these cheesecakes are being served in jars they don’t require any setting time. They are super easy to make ahead and will firm up on refrigeration.• We recommend you use full fat blocks of cream cheese (we used Philadelphia) for the best flavor. However, as mentioned the cheesecake is contained in the jar and doesn’t need to be set. For this type of no-bake cheesecake you can substitute for low fat cream cheese without any issues.• We used heavy cream in this recipe this can be substituted for double cream or whipping cream. You can also use thawed frozen whipped topping. You will need 2 8 ounce tubs for the cheesecake filling and 1 8 ounce tub for the topping.• You can substitute the cream in the topping for spray cream.• Gluten-Free Option: Substitute gluten-free Oreos for classic Oreos. Nutella is gluten free (at the time of publishing).• Storage: No-Bake Cheesecake Jars will keep really well for 3 days in the refrigerator.
