Ingredients
3cupsdark chocolate baking chips
3cupspeppermint baking chips
2candy canescrushed
214 ozsweetened condensed milk
Instructions
Prepare a 9x13 baking dish by lining with foil or parchment paper.
In a heavy bottomed pan or double boiler over medium low, melt the chocolate and one can of Sweetened Condensed Milk until mixed. I recommend using a wooden spoon or silicone spatula. Pour into the baking dish. Chill for 5 minutes while preparing the peppermint layer.
In a heavy bottomed pan or double boiler over medium-low heat, melt the peppermint baking chips and the other can of Sweetened Condensed Milk. Pour into the baking dish on top of chocolate layer. Use your rubber spatula to spread evenly.
Sprinkle candy canes on top.
Cover and place into the freezer for 2-3 hours to set.
Remove from the freezer. Lift ends of parchment paper or foil to remove from the pan. Cut with a sharp knife.
