Remove cover (but not plastic film). Cut a 2-inch slit in the top of the plastic film. Place on a baking sheet in the center of the oven at 375°F.
Cook for 50 minutes. Remove the film and cook for an additional 5-15 minutes until top layer is golden and the internal temperature is 165°F.
Convection Oven Method.
Remove cover (but not plastic film). Cut a 2-inch slit in the top of the plastic film. Place on a baking sheet in the center of the convection oven at 350°F.
Cook for 40-45 minutes. Remove the film and cook for an additional 5-15 minutes until top layer is golden and the internal temperature is 165°F.
Air Fryer Method
Remove cover (but not plastic film). Cut a 2-inch slit in the top of the plastic film. If you're using half a lasagna, place it in an oven safe baking dish. Cover with foil and cut a 2-inch slit in the top to vent.
Cook for 10 minutes at 250°F to allow it to almost defrost. This is important because the cheese will overcook if you try to cook it at full temperature the whole time.
Increase the Temperature to 350°F.
Cook for a further 15 minutes then remove the foil or plastic cover. Air fry until the cheese is bubbly and golden and the internal temperature is 160°F.
Microwave Method
Place the lasagna tray on the microwave rotating tray.
Cook on high power for 10 minutes.
Remove film cover. Reduce power level to 50% and cook for an additional 15 minutes until the internal temperature is 160°F and the cheese is bubbling.
Let stand in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Deep Fry Method
Cut your frozen lasagna into ¼ serving size pieces. You will want to make sure these slices of lasagna are small pieces so they get cooked all the way.
Egg and bread your lasagna your preferred way or follow the link in the notes section.
Deep fry in oil until the outside is a medium to dark golden brown. Cooking time varies depending on the size of your lasagna and the temperature of the oil. You will be frying at a high temperature so it should only take a couple minutes to cook. Internal temperature of the lasagna should reach 160°F. Drain on a paper Towel
