Are you ready to make some easy, healthy-ish fudge without sugar or sweetened condensed milk? This recipe is not for the fudge purists. It's sweetened with banana and honey so it definitely has a chocolatey banana taste. All real food ingredients make this fudge heathy-ish.

Ingredients
- 1 banana
- ½ cup butter or coconut butter
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- dash of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2-3 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together. Blend until very smooth. Pour into a lightly greased pan and freeze for 10 minutes or refrigerate until firm.
Notes
- This does NOT make a ton of fudge. If you want to fill an 8x8 pan I would double or triple the recipe.

Ok, I am going to try this. Butter, cocoa, has to be good at least.
