So you're gluten free and missing your old breakfast habits? The good news is if you want to substitute gluten free for your old standby meal there are great substitutions! You can once again enjoy pancakes, waffles and other savory and sweet breakfast meals!
Are you ready to hear about these amazing gluten free breakfasts?
I've tried just about every flour mix, pancake mix and recipe out there for gluten free pancakes. I've found some that I really enjoy (see some here). However, sometimes a busy mom just needs something simple. I found a pancake mix that does that. Gluten free, simple. Pamela's Gluten Free Pancake Mix is everything it's 5 star Amazon review says it is (over 1,300 reviews). I took a huge risk ordering this off Amazon before ever tasting. I was really trusting the reviews.
I'm so glad I did.
I bought a 25 lb. bag. That's fairly insane. Fortunately everyone in the family really loves Pamela's Gluten Free Pancake Mix. We've tried a bunch of recipes and each one reminds us of how we used to love breakfast.
Gluten free pancakes, waffles and crepes that taste GOOD!
Pamela's website has lots of great recipes. Each of those recipes from above can be found on Pamela's website here. I'm not a big pancake eater but I actually have enjoyed each recipe we've tried.
I did buy the giant bag of mix so I'm just storing about 5 pounds at a time in our kitchen and the rest is stored away. It's a BIG bag. There are smaller options at the grocery store or even on Amazon. But no matter where you buy it, run out and grab some.
NOTE: This pancake mix does include milk.

Thanks for the delicious and useful recipe! I have three schoolchildren, and every morning they ask me to cook waffles.

Dietary wafers cooked under this simple recipe are suitable for those who adhere to the basics of proper nutrition.
125 ml of milk
100 g of flour
50 gr. bacon
1 egg
30 g of grated cheese
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
salt, pepper to taste
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
To cut bacon into small pieces, lightly fry in a frying pan. Whip the egg with a chicken with milk, add cheese. Combine with flour and baking powder, mix thoroughly. Sliced with salt, pepper, and paprika. Last but not least, add fried bacon and parsley.
Put the dough and bake the waffles before the blush. Serve with sour cream. Enjoy your meal!
