This is a sponsored conversation by Walgreens and Wet Ones®.

The secret to delicious baby back ribs recipe

My kids love food. Like, really love food. BBQ ribs are one of their favorite foods. I don’t make them too often because they’re expensive and so messy!  But every now and then we make a big batch and the kids eat them all up! We’ve found the secret to cooking the perfect ribs. These are so moist and delicious! Even people who aren’t big fans of ribs love these!

The kids always dig into the ribs, even my little guy who generally hates to get messy. That’s why we keep some Wet Ones® handy, for just these occasions.

We’re entering this one into the Messiest Kid in America contest. Seriously. I wish the photo could even capture how messy these kids were. This is exactly why I keep one of those Wet Ones® travel packs in my purse. My kids are messy all. the. time. They’re convenient and wipe away the dirt plus kill 99.9% of germs when we can’t get to a bathroom to wash our hands. We like the travel size but you can get them in a 40 count canister in Antibacterial or Sensitive Skin.

Now let’s make those ribs!

Ingredients:

  • 4 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cups of BBQ sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients together. Rub onto both sides of the ribs.
  3. Wrap ribs in heavy duty foil, folding down the edges to seal in the juices. This is the BEST secret to really tender ribs!
  4. Place in the oven on a baking sheet. Cook for about 2 hours, or until the meat begins to pull away from the ends of the bone.
  5. Remove ribs from the oven and cover with the BBQ sauce.
  6. Place ribs on a grill over high heat for about 2 minutes on each side. That’s it!

Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy! (And don’t forget those Wet Ones®!)

These look yummy and ribs are not good unless you get messy, just saying. Wet ones are very handy to keep near by, especially eating ribs or even buffalo wings. I will have to try this recipe. Thanks for sharing.
