Making Life Easier With Texture App

This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Texture. The opinions and text are all mine.

I stopped reading magazines a few years ago. I used to clip out recipes and put them into a binder. Then Pinterest came along and I preferred collecting recipes online. But I missed magazines. So when the Texture App gave me a free subscription to their app I was so excited. At first I thought I’d probably not use it because I don’t read magazines. But then I got hooked on it. I’ve been making life easier with Texture App.

Texture membership lets you read as many stories as you like, from magazines like EatingWell, Vegetarian Times, Diabetic Living, Dr. Oz The Good Life, Cooking Light, Clean Eating, Organic Life, Weight Watchers, and Gluten-Free Living. Of course, there are tons of magazines that aren’t food related. So you can get your news and other lifestyle magazines as well.

It’s really easy to use the app. First off, pardon my low battery in the following screenshots… But sometimes that just happens!

So that’s what I do. I search through the recipes on my phone or tablet and just set it up in the kitchen while I cook. This salad above? Delicious. And there are so many healthy recipes available on the Texture App that you’ll have no problem feeding your family healthy dinners every night. I’ve been saving recipes left and right from Gluten-Free Living because I only cook gluten free meals at home. My daughter has Celiac Disease so having new to us recipes at my fingertips is really helpful. I’m loving the Clean Eating magazine as well!

Yes, I was looking up margarita recipes. You can find great drink recipes then just set up your iPad on your bar cart so your guests can pick a recipe and mix up a drink they’ll love.texture app

Oh, and you can save stories for later, too. So if you find a recipe you want to try later, just save it! Easy peasy. Or you can use the search function to search for specific recipes or ingredients. Like I said, I’ve been completely impressed with this app. It’s taken magazines and made them more relevant and easier to use.

Even better is that you don’t have to use your data when you’re away from wifi! You can download the magazines so you can view them offline! Yay!
