100 Great Books for Young Adults

100 Young Adult Books to read

Are you looking for great books for young adults for your yourself or your teen to read? This goodreads list has books you don’t want to miss. Chances are you’ve already read many of these! They’re all 4 or 5 star rated books. Print the list to take to the library next time you go. Many of these are great for tweenage kids as well. Though make sure you check the recommended age and reviews before assuming it’s good for younger kids!

1. Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by J.K. Rowling

Ok, chances are that by the time your kids are 13 they’ve read this. But if they haven’t, or if YOU haven’t, it’s time!

2. The LIghtning Thief by Rick Riordan

The Percy Jackson series is a fun, easy read. Great for all ages!

3. Twilight by Stephenie Meyer

There’s a reason the movies made people freak out. The books are totally enthralling. They’ll suck you in, too!

4. The Giver by Lois Lowry

A true classic. This is a must read.

5. City of Bones by Cassandra Clare

The Mortal Instruments series is fantastic!

    As long as people are reading a What does it matter…if a book is #1 or #2??? Just as long as the truly great books are listed. Don’t sweat the small steps, spend your time being as assist to something

      What many of you overlooked,#2 on the list. When you write a review, you can put whatever you want on the list. Everyone has a different reading level. Some. young

    A “young adult” also means someone older than 19 OR in their early twenties!!! Unless you have read several books in each author, and read other variety of books, sit down and “shut up”.plenty of other 4th
